Across Ukraine and other countries of the world, the delivery is in your post office.
The cost of delivery of goods pays for Ukrposhta's price with prepayment.
Pickup
You can take the goods from stock in Kyiv by yourself.

Cash payment when receiving goods extends only to goods of mass production. Goods on the special order are sold on prepayment.
